Saucy Seven

had a great idea for a friend’s new bar.  he is trying to offer a lot of local beers.  i thought it would be a neat idea if he did a sampler of those beers.  offer 7 or 9 4oz glasses of the locals for like $7 or $9 a pop.  it’s a super way to get the beers tasted, and possibly get some of the other local beer makers to offer additional samples. 

i wanted to call it the WIO sampler… as in Why Imbibe One? but WIO said that people don’t know what imbibe means.  i told him only HE doesn’t know what it means.  at least he’s pretty.

but i have settled on Saucy’s Seven and Uncle Knuckles Nine in return for my ultra amazing idea i only want it named after me and bragging rights.  who doesn’t love bragging rights?
